Hudson Fife is a 2016 OF/RHP with a 5-9 178 lb. frame from Spicewood, TX who attends Lake Travis HS. Shorter athletic build with plenty of quick twitch strength. 7.07 runner, shows very good raw arm strength from both the outfield and infield, actions through the ball still developing but has the tools to be a very good defender. Left handed hitter, short compact swing with tight hands through contact, has hand quickness and strength and can drive the ball to the gaps, hit the ball well in the games. Also pitched, shows his arm strength, long 3/4's arm action with a stiff front side on release. Fastball topped out at 87 mph with occasional good sink, softer curveball. Has the athletic talent to keep developing.
