Cory Watt is a 2015 SS/OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Asheville, NC who attends A C Reynolds HS. Medium athletic build, middle infielder look. 6.93 runner, very smooth infield actions with lateral agility and quick feet, soft sure hands, stays balanced and works through the ball, has some present arm strength with more to come, has a feel for playing defense, also plays the outfield. Right handed hitter, moves into contact well, quick hands, has good timing and barrels up consistently, line drive contact, projectable offensive tools as he gets stronger. Very solid all around player with a bright future. Good student. Named to the Top Prospect Team for this showcase.
