Luke Rasmussen is a 2014 1B/OF with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Los Gatos, CA who attends Archbishop Mitty. Large frame, thick strong build, good present strength. Physical hitter, punishes the baseball, strength oriented swing, solid bat speed, good extension through contact, hits to all fields. Hammered a ball in game action that registered at 91 mph off the bat. Long arm action on throws from outfield, more polished at primary position of 1B. Good student, named to top prospect list.
