Austin Ebin is a 2016 SS/RHP/3B with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Reagan HS. Slender young build, minimal present strength Right handed hitter, big hand drop load, aggressive swing, will get out front at times but like aggressiveness, handles the barrel well, spray line drive contact, should continue to improve with additional strength. 7.45 runner, has quick feet and some range in the infield, works through the ball well, athletic charging the ball, compact arm action with a quick release, second base tools and profile. Also pitched, compact arm action, tends to fall off to the first base side on release. Fastball topped out at 80 mph, mostly straight, throws soft curveball for strikes but tends to slow arm on release. Good student.
