Joseph McMahon is a 2015 C/OF with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Holbrook, NY who attends St Anthonys. Medium, athletic frame with nice present strength in build. Ran a 7.45 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, receives the ball out front, showed a full arm action on accurate throws down to second base. Pop time will improve by staying low and gaining ground with lower half. Right-handed hitter, starts from a crouched stance with a leg lift trigger, has a busy load. Upper half swing, line drive swing path with a pull side approach, generates line drive contact, flashes some pop to the gaps. Good student.
