Drew Martin is a 2017 3B/MIF, OF with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from McDonough, GA who attends Union Grove High School. Medium frame with a smaller build and quick twitch athleticism. Posted a 6.99 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary infielder showed good lateral movement to the ball with good arm strength across the infield at 84 mph. Show good footwork and a quick transfer and the ability to stay on the left side. At the plate, starts with an open base and a leg lift trigger. Showed developing bat speed with a compact swing that occasionally lost plane. Tough player with good baseball instincts. Very good student.
