Vytas Valincius is a 2021 1B/RHP with a 6-4 240 lb. frame from Lockport, IL who attends Baylor. XXL build with serious present strength, one of the strongest players in the 2021 class. Right handed hitter, well timed leg lift trigger with an easy tension free swing, outstanding hand strength, gets the barrel out in the zone on time and repeats his timing and mechanics well, works the middle of the field but can flash the ability to turn on the ball, gets some separation out front, ball explodes off the barrel with elite level exit velocities. His combination of mechanics and strength should guarantee college success at South Carolina. 7.30 runner, has arm strength at first base but will have to continue to work on his agility defensively. Fun to watch with a bat in his hands.
