Cooper Davidson is a 2018 RHP/3B, 1B, OF with a 6-4 225 lb. frame from Alpharetta, GA who attends South Forsyth High School. Large build with height and build, stands at a tall 6-foot-4. A primary pitcher, topped out at 85 mph, broad and strong frame, high leg lift, full arm action with some hook, extended three-quarter arm slot, gets on top of his pitches, generates good plane to the fastball, some sink to the fastball in the lower third of the strike zone, changeup shows similar sinking life, has a breaking ball that he can throw with either curveball or slider shape. In the infield, two handed fielder, good arm strength, up to 86 mph across the diamond, throws were accurate, clean backhanded plays. Offensively, wide base, active hands, open stance, high hand set, high back elbow, toe tap into his stride, deeper hand load, line drive approach, showed strength and power potential, got the ball to all fields, hits had carry to them. Good student. Made Top Prospect list.
