Fritz Genther is a 2019 SS/2B with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Kingston, NY who attends Kingston HS. Slender young middle infielder's build. Has light and quick feet on defense and moves well laterally, fields the ball out front with soft hands, quick release, second base arm strength and actions. Right handed hitter, simple and repeatable swing, short to the ball with an inside swing path, mid field to opposite field orientation, executes his plan well and swings hard for this swing type, high contact hitter. 4.51 runner home to first.
