Brandon Prince is a 2019 SS/2B, 3B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Bremen, GA who attends Carrollton. Compact frame with present strength to the build. Ran a 6.63 second 60 yard dash, plenty of quick-twitch athleticism that shows up in game. Primary shortstop, fields the baseball out in front with clean hands, quick exchange from glove to hand, good footwork through carrying momentum to his target, average arm strength topped out at 80 mph across the diamond. Righthanded hitter, compact swing getting the barrel head out in front well, plenty of bat speed to the swing producing plenty of carry off of the barrel when squared, mostly pull side contact but flashed gap to gap pop as well during his round of batting practice. Great student. Named to 2018 Southeast Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
