Jude Clough is a 2023 C/2B with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Fairfield, NJ who attends West Essex. Compact catcher's build with good strength. 7.59 runner in the sixty. Has nice fundamentals catching and receiving behind the plate, very quick on his exchange and release, footwork solid and repeatable with good balance and direction, arm strength is still developing but makes accurate throws. Right handed hitter, hits from a bent knee slightly open stance, turns his hips well, short line drive swing with contact to all fields, has some intent and swings hard. Good student.
