Gerardo Miranda is a 2016 SS/2B with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Clearwater, FL who attends Tampa Prep. Medium build with broad shoulders and some present strength. 7.06 runner, moves well to either side on defense, fields the ball out front with soft hands, has a good transfer, good arm strength with accurate throws, makes all the plays. Right handed hitter, narrow stance, has a loose fluid swing with some feel for the barrel, high finish with good extension, shows some gap power at times. Good student.
