Projects for additional size and strength while maintaining athleticism. Primary right handed pitcher with a simple side step to leg lift delivery. Stays balanced on back side at gather and utilizes lower half well while driving on line to the plate. Compact arm circle back at separation and released from a high energy, three-quarters arm slot. Hides fastball well with good running life through the zone, topped at 82 miles per hour. Good command and feel for a 11/5 curveball that showed tight rotation and solid depth down in the zone. Also showed a slider that flashed some sweeping tilt to glove side. Also flashed a straight changup with occasional sink in the mid 70's. Flashed solid command of all three pitches with the ability to consistently locate down in the strike zone. Changed speed well and effectively kept hitter off balance inducing weak contact.
