Jonathan Song is a 2016 OF/1B with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Kuala Lumpur, MY who attends Mon't Kiara International School. Song has a smaller frame with a lean build. Defensively he has quick feet to the baseball with solid actions. Song showed solid fundamentals with clean transfers and release. He has developing arm strength up to 74 MPH with accurate throws. At the plate, he starts with a slightly open stance with a toe touch trigger to start his swing. He strides in and has a wristy swing. Song cuts his swing off some out front and he has developing bat speed. He has developing hitting tools with a line drive approach. Good student.
