Maxwell Hector is a 2019 RHP/OF with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from New York, NY who attends Elev8 Sports Institute. Large frame with lean, athletic, projectable build. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.02 seconds. Throws from three quarters slot with quick, loose arm; fastball worked 77-80 mph and peaked at 81 mph. Showed good angle to the plate with fastball at times. Would unlock more velocity with more use of lower half in delivery. Showed very good slider with late bite and tilt, tunneled well out of hand, got several swings-and-misses over the top of it.
