2020 Mid-Atlantic Prospect Showcase
Alexander Ciccone is a 2022 SS/RHP/IF with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Monmouth Junction, NJ who attends South Brunswick. A primary shortstop with a medium build, showing room to fill moving forward. On the infield he showed really good footwork working to and through the ball, funnels the ball in nicely, has the ability to throw from multiple arm angles with accuracy and good arm strength at 85 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, starts with an even base and uses a leg lift trigger to time up his good bat speed, swing gets long at times but has a good idea of what he is trying to do with barrel accuracy. Named to the 2020 Mid-Atlantic Prospects Showcase Top Prospects List. Very good student.
