Brooks Red is a 2018 1B/3B with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Clinton, OK who attends Arapaho-Butler HS. Has a large frame, large build, and sign of strength throughout body. Posted a 8.40 second sixty yard dash. From first base, showed developing footwork moving to the baseball and has easy actions. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a wide base, high hand set, and high back elbow. Stays on a level plane with bat path and uses a full swing. Hits the baseball out front with and has torque and leverage through swing. Generates solid carry off the barrel and comes off well with strength. Good student.
