2023 WWBA Workout Showcase (Sat)
Isaac Pena is a 2024 SS/2B with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Lancaster, SC who attends Indian Land. Tall, physical build with well proportioned strength to the frame. Good runner, ran a 6.73 60-yard dash. Right-handed hitter, wise base with high hands and a high back elbow in the stance, knee lift trigger, obvious strength to the path. Flashed the ability to get the barrel extended and impact to the pull-side, ball comes off the barrel well. Primary shortstop, hands work well out front, corner profile, fundamentally sound footwork getting to the spot with stiffer actions, compact arm action and gets rid of the ball quick, good arm across the diamond, recorded throws up to 87 mph. Secondary outfielder, under control on the charge, fields it with one hand on the side of the body, takes a few extra steps in the gather, long arm swing to a higher release and the same arm strength we saw in the round of infield. Recorded accurate throws from the outfield up to 88 mph. Excellent student. Named to WWBA Workout Showcase (Sat) Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
