Ethan Monrad is a 2024 C/3B with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Fort Myers, FL who attends Fort Myers HS. Recorded a 7.83 second 60-yard dash time. Lean frame with a projectable build and room to add strength. Primary catcher with a longer arm action and has a direct transition. Gets rid of the ball quickly and recorded a best pop time of 2.17 seconds. Righthanded hitter with a small stride forward, flat barrel path, and looks to work to the pull side. Narrow stance with a line drive swing plane. Creates some barrel lag through the zone and has strength at impact. Pull side power to project upon as he fills out and gets stronger. Tremendous student.
