Davis Hildebrandt is a 2021 SS/2B, 3B with a 5-6 155 lb. frame from Corona, CA who attends Esperanza. Compact frame with a lean build. Projects for additional strength. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.79 seconds. Primary shortstop with athletic actions while moving to and through the baseball. Funnels the baseball out front cleanly and worked through exchange with fluidity. Hits from even-based stance with smaller leg lift trigger, higher hand set, shifts weight well into contact but will tend to drift onto front side, smoothness to barrel and overall swing, hands work well, covers plate well and shows whole-field contact ability. Very good student.
