2020 PG Fall Top Prospect National Showcase
Jack Frankovic is a 2022 OF/RHP/MIF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Little Silver, NJ who attends Christian Brothers Academy. Long and projectable frame with some physicality at present. Ran a 6.87 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, worked out in the outfield with athleticism to actions, works clean to the ball and uses great arm strength with a clean release to create strong and accurate throws clocked up to 88 mph to the bag. Also worked out in the infield with solid fundamental actions, ranges well to either side and uses arm strength to make plays from all angles. Pitched as well and showed projectable stuff creating good life to a mid-80s fastball with feel for a sharp slider and a firm changeup as well. Right-handed hitter, stays simple with a small stride forward into contact, creates great separation and bat speed while getting the barrel head out and turning it over with strength. Projects well with great upside across all facets of his game. Good student. Named to 2020 Fall TP National Showcase Top Prospect List.
