Primary Catcher, sitting down in the stance with a side saddle during drills. Clean gather before working into transfer. Gains ground and released quickly. Accurate to the bag with 2.09 second pop time. Fundamentally sound behind the dish. Right-Handed Hitter, spread out to start before working into a toe tap to stride. Hands get low during separation before working into cut. Pull-side power present when he gets extended. Proved he could backspin the baseball and projects as a power type bat. Great Student.
