Tristan Mahurin is a 2026 2B/RHP with a 5-9 135 lb. frame from Bulverde, TX who attends Smithson Valley. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, swings hard and hits with intent, has some back side collapse that throws off his balance at times, handled the barrel well with a line drive swing that stayed on plane well, bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength. 8.28 runner in the sixty. Showed a good glove on defense in the infield, has some arm strength and carry for his age, works hard to get behind the ball. Also pitched, has a long arm circle in back and a high 3/4's arm slot coming through, simple and easy delivery with some downhill angle. Fastball worked up to 72 mph with some arm side run to it, also threw a soft curveball with some 11/5 shape..
