Bryce Hooker is a 2023 C/3B with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from High Point, NC who attends Westchester Country Day School. Recorded a 7.20 second 60-yard dash time. Physical build with good strength throughout. Primary catcher with a higher set and a full arm stroke. Some looseness to the lower half and has deliberate transfers. Arm has some carry with a best recorded pop time of 2.01 seconds. Right-handed hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Longer swing with some bat speed and a slightly open stance. High finish through the baseball with carry off the bat to both gaps. Impacts the ball with strength and has high upside in terms of power potential. Great student.
