Derek Wilson is a 2026 C/RHP/3B with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Kansas City, MO who attends Liberty. Medium frame with an athletic build. Ran a 7.70 second 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, good receiver and works through the ball well, good fluidity to his progression, longer arm action but showed solid arm strength and consistency on his throws. Right-handed hitter, athletic look in the box, spread start and produced well; some quickness in the hands, works fairly stiff through the zone and stays tight, showed some carry when he squared it and worked mostly to the pull side with his results.
