Anthony Partazana is a 2021 SS/2B, 3B with a 5-7 132 lb. frame from North Brunswick, NJ who attends North Brunswick Twp. Primary shortstop, medium frame, slender build, room to fill out, 7.32 runner in the 60-yard dash. Shows quick feet with solid lateral range to both sides, plays below the ball and transfers to throw well. Release is quick and on-line with developing arm strength, will improve with added strength and maturity. Hits from a wide, even and slightly crouched base with a high hand set and elevated back elbow. Lifts and replaces front foot for timing with minimal weight shift into contact, barrel path has slight lift through the zone but does stay on plane throughout. Uses a middle-of-the-field approach at the plate and best contact is between the gaps with limited present raw power.
