Jaxon Stapf is a 2024 MIF/RHP, 3B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from West Bloomfield, MI who attends West Bloomfield. A higher set waist in at taller frame with a slender build. Ran a 7.21 60-yard dash. A primary middle infielder who goes and gets it with athletic footwork. He adjusted slots as needed and had a whippy arm across with some zip on the throws. He was extremely clean with his fielding actions and had a clean funnel working into his throws. Power behind the throws which were at 84 mph across the diamond. A right-handed hitter with high set hands and a high back elbow. Starts with slightly open feet, gets the hands deep, and works direct to it. He worked to the middle of the field and had lots of well struck balls during the round. Produced a 90 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. Also took to the mound as a right-handed pitcher. He worked direct down the mound, throwing from a higher three-quarters arm action. Stays in control of himself. His fastball worked up to 83 mph and held 81-83 mph during his outing for Live ABs. The fastball spun up to 2,030 RPMs. He paired that with a breaking ball in the low-70s with some depth to it, spinning up to 2,382 RPMs. Also flashed a changeup at 70 mph to round out the arsenal.
