Mitch Powers is a 2020 3B/2B with a 5-8 170 lb. frame from Glastonbury, CT who attends Suffield Academy. Compact athletic build with some present strength, fairly mature physically. Right handed hitter, hits from a bent knee stance, uses his lower half well to help create bat speed. swings hard and looks to drive the ball, mid field to pull side contact, handles the barrel well and makes consistent contact. 7.50 runner, moves to the ball well, especially to his left, long release on his throws with some developing arm strength. Good student.
