Rush Faulk is a 2027 C/RHP/3B with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Calhoun, GA who attends Sonoraville. Medium athletic build with some strength for his age with more to come. 7.87 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, gets low and works from under the ball well, clean and quick exchange with proper footwork gaining ground on his throws, does a good job in all areas with his lower half and staying balanced and direction, has some arm strength for his age, good bet to keep improving as he matures physically. Also worked out in the infield and has playable actions and athleticism for third base with his lower half again being an asset. Left handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a low back elbow load, loose and relaxed start, medium high leg lift trigger, has a short swing and keeps his hands tight to his body, struggles for separation at times but is loose and fluid when he gets out front. Also pitched, works from a compact delivery with a short arm action and compact 3/4's catcher's release. Fastball worked in the mid-70's, slider was his best pitch with good spin and was well tunneled with his fastball, also flashed a change up and threw strikes with all his pitches. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
