Jake Miller is a 2025 SS/C/IF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Marion, IA who attends Marion. Lean athletic build with lots of physical projection remaining. 6.65 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, moves well and has an idea how to work angles and field through the ball, very good to the back hand, makes accurate throws, arm works well and arm strength will continue to improve as he gets stronger. Switch-hitter at the plate, legit from both sides of the plate with similar bat speed, aggressive swing approach from a wide base, turns his lower half hard and has fast hands, very good bat speed for his age and size, can turn the barrel and pull the ball hard, whips the barrel well, really projects well offensively if he can continue to get stronger. Excellent student. Named to the National Pre-Draft Showcase Top Prospect List.
