Daniel Burroway is a 2020 1B/RHP with a 6-4 210 lb. frame from League City, TX who attends Clear Creek. Extra large and physical frame with plenty of present strength especially in his lower half. Ran a 7.22 second 60 yard dash. Primary first baseman, rounds off the baseball at breakdown and gather, moves to the baseball with short steps to it, developing footwork on turns to second base, shuffles into his release to third base, full arm action into throws topping out at 76 mph from first base. Secondary righthanded pitcher, deliberate delivery finishing online and out in front, fastball topped out at 76 mph, mixed in a curveball with fell coming from a similar tunnel as the fastball, filled up the strike zone with both offerings. Righthanded hitter, long swing plane with rotational actions, could utilize his lower half more into swing for additional pop off of the barrel, worked primarily to the opposite field flashing some jump when squared.
