Ryder Banks is a 2023 1B/RHP, OF with a 6-4 195 lb. frame from Colorado Springs, CO who attends Air Academy. Extra-large, athletic frame with long limbs and present strength to frame, additional room to fill moving forward. Ran a 7.45 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman, shows soft hands out front at the ball, moves well on feet and circles the ball nicely, stays balanced on turn and repeats actions, shows arm strength and accuracy on throws. Right-handed hitter, begins with an open stance and utilizes a hanging leg lift trigger for timing. Swings with intent and does a nice job of generating solid bat speed through the zone, quickness to hands, remains balanced in swing with extension out front; lift to swing path and shows carry off of the barrel at point of contact. Excellent student. Named to Rocky Mountain Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
