Dalton Ketema is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 5-9 158 lb. frame from London, GL who attends Clonlara. Athletic build with lots of physical projection, looks taller and stronger than listed. Two-way prospect who develop either way. 7.20 runner, has a very live arm in the outfield, accurate on line throws with carry, can improve footwork through the ball and would be 90+ from the outfield immediately with some adjustments. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread no stride approach, doesn't get to his front side, short inside swing path, midfield to opposite field contact approach, flashes bat speed when aggressive. Also pitched, clean and quick arm circle, tends to open front side early and lands very open with his landing leg, arm is fast enough to be on time, extended 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 84 mph, gets some sink and run when low in the zone. Gets over a slurve type breaking ball very well an creates depth and tightness, solid pitch for him, could break this pitch into a distinct curveball/slider combination. Has a high physical ceiling. Very good student. Named to the PG European Showcase Top Prospect List.
