Holden Wade is a 2021 LHP/OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Odessa, FL who attends Sickles HS. Recorded a 7.25 second 60-yard dash time. Lean and projectable frame with lots of room to add strength. Primary lefthanded pitcher with a side step into a belt high leg lift. Deliberate delivery with good tempo and pacing. Full arm action through a high three-quarters arm slot. Shorter stride with an extended release. Can locate down in the zone with the fastball that topped out at 81 mph. Stays online toward the plate with a high front lever to add some deception. Downhill plane when leveraged and on top of the ball. Curveball is developing with looser spin but good depth and sweep. Flashed a cutter with shorter break and located it in on the hands. Three pitches that he can miss bats with. Good student. Named to the Florida Prospect Showcase TP List.
