Braylon Hubbard is a 2028 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Desoto, TX who attends Duncanville. Medium athletic build with some present strength and lots of physical projection remaining. 6.87 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, has quick hands and fields the ball cleanly, quick transition into his throws, full arm action with plenty of carry on his throws, charged the ball well and made plays on the move, middle infield athleticism and actions. Right handed hitter, even base, inward toe tap to stride, moving parts in the swing, busy but fast and buggy hands, level swing, on the barrel enough in the round, whip to the hands and barrel, swing will shorten over time, lots to like there. Right-handed pitcher, stretch only, belt high leg lift, long off-line arm action into three-quarters slot, slow paced through the break with intent at release, flashed a legit knuckleball with sub-1000 RPM, threw enough strikes.
