Joseph Vaccarella is a 2025 RHP/1B with a 6-4 220 lb. frame from Mickleton, NJ who attends PDG Academy. Features big frame with broad shoulders and strength present. Primary right-handed pitcher. Utilizes a high effort delivery with a high front glove point. Will struggle to repeat at times. Fastball sat 87-91 mph with 17” IVB and spin rates over 2200 rpm. Mixed in both a mid-70’s curveball and low-80’s slider. Showed the ability land curveball for strikes. Slider showed shorter action with the ability to generate whiffs. Still developing ability to maintain stuff out of the stretch. Very good student.
