Conner Stewart is a 2021 C/MIF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Longview, TX who attends Hallsville. Ran a 7.33 second sixty-yard dash. Primary catcher with a medium frame and athletic build, has a low-profile at the setup, and gains good ground to second base while replacing the feet well. Has a quick arm stroke, getting the ball out quick and recording a 1.97 second pop time. Shows developing arm strength, making accurate throws to the base at 73 miles per hour. Secondary middle-infielder that rounds the ball well, with a clean funnel out front and developing glove actions. Shows good athleticism, making throws across the diamond from multiple slots at 79 miles per hour. Has a spread stance at the plate, with a high hand set and toe tap trigger. Swings with intent to drive the baseball, with present bat speed and some lift to the barrel plane. Flashes some pop to the pull side when squared. Excellent student.
