Logan Pate is a 2022 OF/C, SS with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Guntersville, AL who attends Guntersville. Medium and stocky frame with some advanced strength present. Ran a 7.27 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, works quickly to the baseball with developing footwork in breakdown, comes through the ball with a playable glove, fluid arm stroke releasing from a 3/4 arm slot to produce average arm strength, will improve mechanics with refinement to gather, topped out at 80 mph from the outfield. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with an even base and a low back elbow, shifts some into contact, inside hand path taken to the baseball on a downhill plane, pull side approach showcased in batting practice.
