Gavin Blue is a 2022 IF/ with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Coalgate, OK who attends Coalgate. Tall and projectable build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.77 seconds. Infielder whose throws across the diamond topped out at 74 mph. Showed some softness to the hands when fielding balls to the forehand side. At the plate, he hits out of a even base stance, high back elbow setup and a minimal stride. Flashed some pull side power and did a solid job of making contact out front on the balls he juiced. Utilizes his lower half throughout the swing too. Great student.
