Toby Moreno is a 2020 C/3B/RHP with a 5-10 205 lb. frame from Glenmora, LA who attends Glenmora. Compact build with large and strong legs. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with some lower half shift, low hand start, has an aggressive swing approach and hits the ball to all fields, uses his hands well to hit and has some hand quickness. Played multiple positions on defense, projects best at first base if his bat develops, has a longer arm stroke behind the plate. Also pitched, works from the stretch with a 3/4's arm slot, throws cross body and tries to work to the glove side. Fastball topped out at 76 mph, showed some spin on his curveball at times. Good student.
