Triston Perez is a 2022 SS/2B with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Boonton, NJ who attends Montville HS. Recorded a 7.36 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with strength to the build and physicality throughout. Primary shortstop with solid footwork and has deliberate actions. Higher arm slot who rounds the ball nicely and has arm strength recorded up to 73 mph across the diamond. Righthanded hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Upper half dominant swing with a level swing plane. Shorter swing and looks to meet the ball out in front. All fields approach and can work to the opposite field with intent. Feel for contact and power will continue to improve as he fills out. Great student.
