Brennan Jones is a 2021 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Gulfport, MS who attends West Harrison HS. Big and strong athletic build, projects very well physically. Right handed hitter, hits from an upright wide base, has a simple load and swing approach with a short and quick line drive swing, hits to all fields, has the strength and potential bat speed to open up his swing and look to drive the ball more. 7.80 runner, has quick glove to hand exchange, makes accurate throws, step by step deliberate fielder who will make the routine play, also plays first base. Took a turn on the mound, fast paced turn and throw delivery, stays on line well, compact arm action with a 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, has good command of his fastball and works in and out well with hard running life at . Nice change up with occasional hard diving action, soft curveball is his third pitch. Should continue improving in all areas with additional repetitions. Good student.
