Broc Bronson is a 2023 RHP/OF with a 5-11 140 lb. frame from Jupiter, FL who attends Jupiter. Recorded a 7.59 second sixty-yard dash time. Long, lean frame with plenty of room and time to add strength. Primary right-handed pitcher with a quick paced delivery, working with a fast tempo into a belt high leg lift and a shorter stride out to foot strike. Creates some deception due to short stride, while producing a longer arm action on the back side with developing arm speed. Fastball worked in the low-to-mid 70s for most of his outing, touching higher early on and topped out at 79 mph in this look. Displayed sporadic command at times that will continue to improve with minor refinements to mechanics and additional strength. Fastball occasional cuts due to slightly shorter stride and cross-fire release. Works from a high three-quarters arm slot with varying release points, while mixing in a developing breaking ball as his present secondary. Curveball showed loose spin traits to its 11-5 shape that will improve with further advancements mechanically and additional arm strength. Secondary outfielder with deliberate actions into the approach portion of the fielding process, gathering cleanly and maintaining some gradual momentum into release. Displayed arm strength up to 83 mph in drills with accuracy and some carry to the bags. Right-handed hitter that hits from a wider, slightly open stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and a toe-tap trigger. Incorporates rotational swing mechanics to get launch, causing some mis-direction with his upper-body at times. Middle-to-opposite field approach with slightly downward swing path that will continue to improve as he adds strength. Did exhibit fairly consistent bat-to-ball skills with best contact to the right centerfield gap. Projectable frame with loads of upside remaining on both sides of the ball. Good Student.
