Alex Houseman is a 2026 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-1 86 lb. frame from Clayton, NC who attends Corinth Holders. Smaller young build. Primary middle infielder but played all over the field during the event, high energy defender who has good hands and makes the routine play confidently, fields the ball out front with a good funnel and a quick release, makes accurate throws. Right handed hitter, has a short swing and an accurate barrel, gets the barrel out early and works the middle of the field with a line drive swing, nice base swing to grow into. Also pitched, worked from the stretch with a high hand set, quick on line delivery. Fastball topped out at 60 mph with some running action. Very sound fundamental player with good young skills. Good student.
