Reese Baker is a 2022 RHP/3B/OF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Ashland, VA who attends Hanover. Medium young build with plenty of room to fill out and get stronger. Quick leg raise delivery, mid 3/4's arm slot, hides the ball well in back and has some deception to his mechanics and repeats them well. Mid-70's fastball, works low in the zone consistently with his fastball with occasional sinking action. Tunneled his curveball very well with his fastball, had good velocity and tight spin with some downer tilt. Mixes his pitches well and has an idea on the mound. 7.52 runner in the sixty, also plays the infield and shows some athleticism through the ball. Right handed hitter, mechanical swing with lots of check points, middle of the field contact. Very good student.
