Eric McDaniel is a 2022 RHP/MIF/OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Richmond, VA who attends Collegiate. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Works from the stretch with a low hand delivery with a quick and low leg raise, gets some lower half coil over the rubber, some cross fire action out top. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, mostly straight, can improve his ability to get his fastball down in the strike zone consistently. Still developing feel for his curveball release point and spin. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a lower half glide into contact, works the middle of the field and flashed some power to the right centerfield alley. 7.33 runner, played both the infield and outfield with better present actions in the infield.
