Justin Watson is a 2020 3B/2B, OF with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Redlands, CA who attends Home School. Medium build with plenty of room to fill out as he develops. Primary infielder, glove works out in front well and he gathers nicely. Moves well to his glove hand side and throws across the diamond live around the first base bag. From the outfield, is meticulous with his glove work and takes care of the baseball. Hard breakdown with throws that stay on line. On the mound, has a longer arm action from a three-quarters arm slot. Wide step back in his windup with a small leg lift before shoving down the mound. Mixes in a 10-to-5 shaped breaking ball with some depth. At the plate, uses a slightly crouched and conventional looking stance with a simple leg lift trigger. Pronates his front foot and he throws his hands at the ball. Flat barrel plane through the zone with a middle of the field approach.
