2022 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 15)
Rowan Oostman is a 2024 2B/SS with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from North Reading, MA who attends Austin Prep. Medium frame with lean build. 7.16 runner in the sixty. Left-handed hitter, works from a wide base with high hand set and high back elbow. Toe-tap trigger load, direct barrel path. Busy swing, showed some strength back up the middle when everything was in sync. Primary middle infielder, stays down on grounders with range to both sides. Good glove presentation and a deep tunnel. Should continue to gain arm strength as he adds onto the frame. Good student.
