Tyler Nunez is a 2026 C/1B with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Lake Nona. Long and lean young build with lots of physical projection ahead. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread start with a very short and inside swing approach, hands start tight and stay tight, high contact approach with middle of the field contact. 7.61 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up low in his stance, still developing the lower half strength explode out of his crouch, has the beginnings of some arm strength and accuracy in his throws. Also worked out at first base. Will keep improving with additional strength and physical maturity. Very good student.
