Marcus Ward is a 2026 OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Alpharetta, GA who attends Kings Ridge Christian. Features a smaller/lean build with present twitchy athleticism. Ran a 6.49 60-yd dash. In the OF, his athleticism showed. Gets a good first step and shows light quick feet through reception. Fields it consistently clean and out front. Uses a mini crow hop and showed a longer/loose arm action that got off higher arcing throws with avg. arm strength. Defense played in-game with a couple quality catches. At the plate, he sits in a relaxed upright stance with loose hands. Uses a toe tap trigger where his hands load up and creates some downhill tilt to the shoulders. Hands throw a direct barrel for a more steep path that flashed some twitch but also some effort where he pulled out at times. Showed some inconsistent timing throughout his round but barreled a couple quality LDs to the pullside. Only avg. power/impact for his level currently but frame holds a ton of projection.
